The following is a detailed list of Fees and Charges that may be incurred before, during and after a Tenancy arranged by relocate-me

 

Commission Fees

 

 

Letting Service                                                                           10.0% (inc VAT)

 

 

Letting & rent collection                                                         12.0% (inc VAT)

 

 

Letting & Property Management Service                         15.0% (inc VAT)

 

 

Commission fees are charged on the duration of the tenancy and any subsequent renewal or extension of the tenancy.

 

 

Short term lets (3 months or less)

Additional Fess & Charges

Tenancy Agreement Fees:                                                 £150.00 (inc VAT) for a new tenancy

 

Service of Notices to terminate a tenancy:                 £90.00 (inc VAT) (Included in Letting & Property

Management Service)

 

References:                                                                             £65.00 Inc VAT Per Tenant / Guarantor

 

Deposit Registration Fee:                                                  £75.00 (inc VAT) per Tenancy per annum

 

Submission of non-resident landlords receipts to HMRC:              £30.00 (inc VAT) quarterly per landlord

 

 

Providing Duplicate remittance statements:                                        £24.00 (inc VAT) per annum

 

 

Preparation of documentation for Court proceedings or Deposit Scheme adjudication:        £60.00 (inc VAT)

 

 

Abortive Tenancy / Withdrawn:                         Relocate – Mes’ Costs to a maximum of £1,600.00 (inc VAT)

 

 

Sale of Property Fee:                                              2.2% (inc VAT)

 

 

Inventory Make and Check In/ Check Out Inspection

 

 

Under the Tenancy Agreement, the Landlord is responsible for the cost of the Inventory Make and the Check In/ Check Out inspections as detailed below:
